Terms

Licence

A Thyme licence grants you a non-exclusive right to use the software. It is not tied to a machine, so you may install it on the computers you personally use. It may not be resold, redistributed, or published.

What you may analyse

Thyme is a tool. Whether you are entitled to analyse a particular binary is a question about that binary and your jurisdiction, not about the licence, and it is yours to answer. Use the software only on material you have the right to examine.

Refunds

Within 30 days of purchase, if the software does not do what this website describes, write to neocanable@gmail.com and the payment is returned.

No warranty

The software is provided as is. Analysis output is produced by automated tooling and can be wrong; it should not be the sole basis for a security or legal decision. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.

Changes

These terms may change for future purchases. A licence you have already bought is governed by the terms in effect on the day you bought it.
